Formula: $5,000 base + (1-6 weeks per year served), capped at $25K.
Important: If the minister genuinely underperforms despite the church providing all agreed-upon support, no severance is required. Severance only applies if the church interferes with the minister's ability to succeed.

If they're truly underperforming (not making progress toward agreed-upon objectives despite church support), the contract provides clear termination guidelines—no severance penalty. If the church interferes unfairly, the severance clause protects the minister. Either way, we mediate objectively.
The initial Covenant Protection Agreement is for 5 years. At the end of 5 years, we conduct a comprehensive review. If the ministry relationship is healthy and mature, the intensive coaching and protections may no longer be necessary—and monthly fees can be adjusted accordingly. Ministers who have successfully completed 5+ years may even be invited to join our team as coaches/mediators for other churches and ministers.
After a successful 5-year partnership, your minister has proven track record and established trust with your leadership. At this point, we re-evaluate the services needed. Many successful ministers transition into helping us coach other new hires and elderships—creating a sustainable ecosystem of experienced ministry professionals supporting the next generation.
